EVENT REGISTRATION CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Refund policy: ISACA Ottawa Valley Chapter will, upon
request, refund any fees that have been prepaid for a program meeting, seminar, or course if the registrant
cancels in writing
at least 5 working days in advance of the event date
. Only fees prepaid by Credit Card or by cheque are eligible for a refund.
The Chapter will not provide refunds for partial attendance at a program, seminar, or course, or for fees
paid at the registration table on the date of the event.
We will also refund any fees that have been prepaid for a program meeting, seminar, or course,
if the latter gets cancelled by the Chapter.
